Water is everywhere

Presentation of the Topic Water to the pupils. We will prepare the participants of the first meeting for the successful and effective participation in the meeting. We will discuss some physical principles of water with special emphasis on particular circumstances (high/low pressure, temperature), the chemical features of water; functions of water in healthy diet and how the contents can contribute to our health, role of water in the processes that form the surface of the Earth. We will use online learning materials created by the Hungarian students to share the theoretical concepts and employ online tools (eg KAHOOT) to check whether the students from the other partner countries have grasped the essence of this topic.

The Hungarian students and teachers will create a questionnaire to test how the participant’s knowledge about water has improved. The number questions will be 20, the number of respondants will be 50 students aged 14 to 19 directly and indirectly involved in the project. Te Hungarian team will evaluate the results to measure the efficiency of our learning materials. We will use online tools for the testing (Kahoot or Socrative). The Hungarian team will write the summary of the results.
